COVID-19 Prevention Policy

As the situation with COVID-19 evolves day-to-day, our top priority here at OPT is maintaining the health and safety of our employees, customers and communities.

OPT is a COVID-19 Secure workplace and a full risk assessment has been conducted, updated and mitigations implemented throughout the pandemic and is available on request and is displayed in our head office reception.

Put simply we are following GOV.UK guidelines for workplaces with regular washing of hands, use of gloves when handling packages, hand sanitisers at entry/exit points, making more space by moving work stations and desks 2 meters apart and providing face covering for guests and employees if they choose or need to use them. As a team we have implemented our own cleaning schedule of common areas and regular touchpoints in the office. 

We are supporting those employees who have to work from home and every employee is being paid a full salary during this time.
